Orders & Payments

To ensure a smooth ordering experience, clear instructions guide you through the process. At checkout, please provide complete personal details for both sender and recipient, along with payment information. Glam Flower Shop accepts major credit/debit cards, GCash, and bank transfers. Clicking "Pay Now" or "Place Order" signifies your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, found on our website. Your order is subject to our acceptance, and we'll send an email confirmation to the address or number you provide once it's processed.

Delivery

Available delivery dates for your chosen items will be shown at checkout. For timely delivery, please ensure accurate recipient and sender contact details. Glam Flower Shop is not responsible if the recipient is unavailable at the provided address or refuses delivery. Refusal will still be considered as delivered. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Multiple items to the same address may be delivered separately, and same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. To change the delivery address, log into your account at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Glam Flower Shop is not liable for delays or failures caused by Acts of God (fire, flood, earthquake, storm, etc.).

If the recipient is unavailable, our personnel may leave the item with a relative or in a safe location (reception, concierge). This will be considered a successful delivery. We will attempt to contact the recipient if delivery difficulties arise; please provide a working mobile number.

Glam Flower Shop will not redeliver perishable goods (flowers, cakes) if the recipient is unavailable, no longer at the address, requests rescheduling, or refuses delivery. Returned items will be marked as delivered if a delivery attempt is confirmed. Redelivery or rescheduling requires payment of a new delivery fee and the returned items will be redelivered.
